Dr. Philip Ovadia's journey to health and wellness is deeply personal. For as long as he can remember, he struggled with being overweight. Despite growing up in a household that followed the dietary recommendations of the time, including low-fat foods, diet sodas, and adherence to USDA guidelines, he battled his weight throughout childhood, adolescence, medical school, and even during his successful career as a cardiac surgeon.
Everything changed after the age of 40. After decades of losing and regaining weight, Dr. Ovadia experienced a life-changing transformation that began with a simple decision to support his wife. In 2015, after years of suffering from severe heartburn following the birth of their daughters, his wife decided to eliminate gluten from her diet. Joining her in solidarity, Dr. Ovadia was surprised to discover immediate improvements in his own health. He experienced increased energy, significant weight loss, and, for the first time in his life, freedom from the constant thoughts of hunger and food that had dominated his daily routine.

Robert Rohm

Robert Rohm grew up in Griffin, Georgia, during the 1950s and 1960s. He was actively involved in sports and numerous community activities throughout his youth. As a student, he served as president of the junior high school student body and continued to demonstrate leadership through various clubs and athletic programs at Griffin High School. After graduating in 1967, Robert attended Gordon Military College on a football scholarship, where he played for two years. He planned to transfer to the University of Alabama to continue his football career, but his life took a different direction when he felt called into ministry.
In 1971, Robert graduated from Florida Bible College and was ordained into the Gospel ministry. He spent the next two years serving as a youth director while also pursuing a career in education. During that time, he became a teacher and later a school principal. He played a key role in helping establish Landmark Christian School and Community Christian School, both of which continue to serve students today.
Driven by a growing passion for ministry, Robert pursued a Master’s degree in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, where he earned recognition on the National Dean’s List. While attending seminary, he also served as pastor of Zig Ziglar’s Auditorium Class, a weekly gathering attended by more than 500 families. His commitment to education continued as he earned a Ph.D. from the University of North Texas, becoming Dr. Robert A. Rohm. After completing five college and university degrees, he returned to the Atlanta area and became involved in a variety of ministry initiatives.
With his diverse background in education, ministry, leadership, and business, Dr. Rohm founded Personality Insights, Inc. in June 1991. More than three decades later, the organization continues to thrive. Dr. Rohm and his wife, April, reside on their family farm in Griffin, Georgia, and travel extensively around the world. Together, they have shared ministry and business training across six continents.
